Great service, great job, and great price—1000/ 10! Gentleman Ben fixed my car’s rearview mirror. I’m a busy mom, and they fixed it quickly.

I have had my car repaired at Crash Champions in Shorewood on more than one occasion. I have nothing but high praise for the way they have handled my claims. In particular, I want to recognize one of their employees, Ben, who went above and beyond what was expected when i recently returned there from a problem I was having with my lights. Ben, in the freezing cold weather, crawled under my car in the parking lost to try and fix the problem. It took several tries, but Ben wasn't about to give up. Overall, I would highly recommend this business should you need your vehicle repaired after an accident.

Picked my truck up from here after insurance totaled my 93 Sierra in may and the owner came out to help me not only jump start my truck but he also helped me load it n strap it down(it was my first time hauling a truck on a trailer). He was a very kind and patient man I’d bring any of my future vehicles here to be repaired or repainted. Thanks again for the help :)

The service and resulting work at the Shorewood location is top notch. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and courteous. They made the process seamless, kept me updated, and finished the work within the promised timeframe. Kaitlyn was awesome. I don’t have a post repair photo, but the car looked perfectly new, so I didn’t think to take one. I suggest visiting them if you’re ever in need of a repair and an at-ease approach during a hectic time.
